The Trendhim team was prompt in their response, refunded me for the costs incurred for the new battery and shipped out a replacement watch which I received today. I recently contacted Trendhim about a leather bracelet I'd purchased from them. My concerns were respected and addressed and their responses were timely and very helpful, giving me plenty of options for this particular query. At no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions, nor did they try to encourage me into exchanging for another item, instead offering a no quibble return option. The return process was so easy and the item collected the next day. The following day it was received and my refund processed almost immediately.
