First time selling to Watchclub and I went in with my little girl to sell a watch. Was a stress free atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and very comfortable. They gave me a generous price for my watch, and the money was transferred in immediately. I will definitely be either buying a watch or selling mine to these guys again!! Well done.

We passed the Watch Club store in London a couple of years ago and visited the website on a regular basis since then. When the watch I had been looking for came up for sale, I made contact online and Vasoula and Dean was very quick with professional and serviceminded responses. After making a bank transfer, the watch was shipped to Denmark where I received a watch that fully lived up to the description. I am happy to say that I can highly recommend the Watch Club.

Despite having bought several watches from them in the past - my recent experience with them has been awful. They are arrogant and paying well below market prices. They offered me GBP 4,000 for a watch which I received GBP 4750 - 5000 elsewhere. Shame as they used to be great to use...

My Girlfriend and I were visiting from the States on Holiday. We just walked by and went in, looked at a couple of pieces... didn't buy anything during our this visit, but Chris and Natasha treated us extremely well. Both were super knowledgeable with no pressure. We came back the following week after visting Paris and purchased a vintage Rolex and a Limited edition Omega Spectre Sea-master from Justin.
