Had a problem with my rolex adjusting the time needed a repair after a few months of purchasing it, contacted watchclub which I had to do from Spain they was very helpful offering me various solutions, after getting watch to the watchclub shop they not only fixed the problem but got the watch delivered back to me within a couple of days in Spain with a very nice box of chocolates, hopefully the watch will keep going but feel if anything broke again the watchclub would do everything they could to help, very pleased with the service they give after sale

Date and time set incorrectly very very disappointing I remarked that my omega was not working correctly assistant said take it to omega ok except that , another assistant showed an interest very nice and said we can have a quick look wow I thought great customer service pleased I have returned for anther watch, previous assistant said I have already told him to take the watch to omega hopes and customer device dashed maybe purchasing two watches from WC is not enough for good customer service
