This really works for me

This really works for me, I've relied on sumatriptan for years but I thought I'd give this a go. Its rechargeable and has won industry standard awards. It has taken away or greatly reduced migraines for me, I have to use a high setting. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the pads are not very sticky... my mother and sister have tens machines and the pads on theirs are massively more sticky. My Mynd ones almost from the start began curling up at either end which disconnects the electrodes to a big extent. I've tried a light coat of water, and a proprietary solution supposed to aid pads stick, but neither worked. In the end I used tape to hold down either end on my head, which looks insane but does actually work. Better pads please TensCare! Then no problem five stars. Update on the review. I called TensCare and spoke with an extremely pleasant and helpful member of their team, she told me they are working on "stickier" pads. In the mean time she is sending me out some spare pads and apparently there is a headband that can hold the Mynd in place and she is sending me one of those also... all free of charge! So customer support and the help given makes this now a five star product for me.

Honest helpful most importantly patient as my explanation of problems can in itself be problematic, not satisfied with £ of electrodes or not being able to connect other types needed rather than a different machine type but information customer care is ace

Great products and great service

My first machine from Tenscare lasted years and is still working but the leads are showing signs of wear. Sadly they are not made anymore so I treated myself to a new machine. Excellent service and advice from the office and really prompt delivery.
