Highly recommend!

My experience with this company has been great! Got this for my grandson, 8 yrs old keep him safe! The product was easy set up, use & the battery good for about three days without charging! The unit charges fast! When I had concerns they were addressed properly with Paige & Andrew without delay. Weekend answering service had an issue one time. I would highly recommend this product! Special thanks for all your assistance, Paige, Andrew! Great product.

Amazing Company and service

My organization uses these as a way to ensure safety during a land navigation class. The trackers work in areas without the best cell service and are accurate even in the middle of the woods. The customer service really sets this company apart, they're always willing to do whatever they can to ensure the device is working to meet or exceed your standards. Hands down the best company to deal with!

Service and Support not Reliable

They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

Overall, very pleased

The Amber Alert GPS system has been awesome. The product arrived in a timely manner and was easy to setup and use. My son loves to wear it and it gives me peace of mind. My only suggestion is a wrist band case that is waterproof/resistant and has a clasp that is child resistant. My son has special needs and requires a band that is difficult for him to remove and resists water. The product itself, I would highly recommend. As for accessories I would love to see a wristband that is child and waterproof!

It's certainly "another gadget" but simple enough to master. The GPS locating is Canada is more or less precise but for a vulnerable adult, you get the idea. The product offers great peace of mind for the caretakers and more Liberty for the monitored individual. Customer service is informed and helpful. I recommend it for those who have real need to monitor the needy.

No Worries EVER with AAGPS

I purchased my device through amber alert and i really enjoy it. I have referred it to family, friends and co workers. It is an amazing device to have and you can really use it for anything and multiply uses. Its a great peace of mind! Customer service is very helpful when I have a question! I would recommend this product to anyone with small children, children with disabilities, even elderly people. GREAT PRODUCT!

We decided to get our daughter the Amber Alert GPS when she started riding the bus in second grade. It gave me peace of mind throughout the day knowing that she made it safe to school each day! Thank you Amber Alert GPS!

Horrible communication and customer service

This company must be only 2 people. One in sales and one in technical support. I tried reaching them for 4 hours on Friday so I could activate my daughter's device and I never spoke to anyone. I left voicemail messages (every 30 minutes for 4 hours), emailed them and sent a message through their portal/site. No communication back from them ever. Now my daughter has a $112 paperweight that blinks and doesn't work. I tried activating it through their website and it was erroring as well and gave me a message saying to call them for support. The worst part, this is a replacement device. Her 1st device failed within the first few months, they said to send it in for repair. I asked for them to send a loaner and they told me they don't do that. I demanded a supervisor and was denied the right to speak to one. Finally the man I was speaking to agreed to send a loaner. Once received it didn't work for 3 days!! Then I sent in my broken one and it was never repaired. I had no communication with them. One day I called because the loaner was no misfinctioning and I was told that they destroyed her device because it couldn't be repaired. It had happened weeks before the conversation. Now I'm stuck with no device again because the loaner isn't working and the replacement that I bought, and had overnighted to me so she has it, isn't working because it's not activated. I do not recommend this company. Amber Alert should be ashamed to have their name on this device and linked to this company.

Perfect peace of mind

This is the perfect product for kids who are too young for a phone, but old enough to go on field trips without Mom and Dad. The mobile tracking app is fun for parents!
