We couldn’t be better looked after by the OA team. We can always depend on them to deliver services above and beyond what is expected, and they do it all with smiles on their faces. We moved to Dawson House, a One Avenue Group building, over a year ago after being in our own space for about 10 years and we have not looked back The One Avenue team has been above and beyond any expectations and still are. This is our first experience in the serviced office world and I do not believe that anyone else comes close to the quality and friendliness of the Dawson House team. We operate in the financial sector of the City so IT infrastructure is a priority. Many serviced office providers fell short in this capacity. Not here at Dawson House. We moved our equipment from our own data centre to managed racks in Dawson House and were able to install all our network connections without any issues and with the assistance of the best IT team we could have asked for. We doubt this would have been the case elsewhere. We are very pleased.

Really helpful company that know how to look after you and your company and make sure that you feel valued. Our centre manager was Charlotte who really knows her stuff and happily goes the extra mile to make sure everything is as it should be. Would definitely recommend
