Great service!

iHeat replaced my old boiler. Tom was fantastic going above and beyond to resolve some issues which were beyond his control. He was thoroughly professional and was a pleasure to deal with! iHeat were well priced and great about staying in touch and the whole process was extremely easy. Would highly recommend!

Easy, quick, efficient, great priced service. V happy

iHeat come well recommended, great connections (Which, MSE etc.) and clearly deliver. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The process was easy and my new boiler installed within a week of registering and on my preferred date. Finance was also available which was essential for me - 2 years interest free, and that too was an easy process linked to the main site. The engineer was polite, communicated well throughout the install and finished the job in one day after making sure I was happy and all my questions answered. Guarantees and completion confirmation emails arrived early the next morning and a follow up call a couple of days later. All the iHeat people I spoke to on the phone or web chat were knowledgable and friendly. Nothing bad to say at all - very happy - iHeat have got it right. Thanks.

A very professional service.

The engineer arrived on time and was polite and respectful and explained to us exactly what he was going to do. He fitted the boiler efficiently and then, after installation, told us how to operate the boiler and thermostat and explained the registration process to us. The boiler is operating well and keeping our home really warm.

Iheat have provided a great service…

Iheat have provided a great service from initial contact to installation which took 1 week. Contact to the company was easy and stress free. Customer service was excellent. Our engineer was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Simple solution

Got to be the most simple solution to a boiler change. Choose boiler, book it, send photos, engineer turns up within 3 days to fit it!

Lovely bloke

Lovely bloke, arrived on time, cracked on, finished by lunchtime. He'd have gotten five stars if he hadn't left my bathroom strewn with building rubble and if he'd reminded me to empty the towel cupboard before all my towels got wet (I don't get new boilers very often, it slipped my mind).

A good service and trouble free installation.

We ordered and paid in full on the 27th of December, installation was a week later on the 3nd of January. The engineer arrived promptly and worked diligently all day to install the new combi-boiler. A neat and tidy job and he explained how to set the heating temperature on the manual setting from the Hive remote control then cleared up after. We probably need some extra advice in case the system water pressure needs topping up in the future. The on-boiler controls and digital interface is a bit of a mystery to us. There's a big instruction manual for the WB Greenstar 4000-30Kw.

Boiler installation

Boiler was fitted 2 days after quote. Juris Zimelis arrived at 8.30am and finished at 6.30pm. Very hard working, and explained everything to me very well so I could understand the work being undertaken. Highly recommend, very professional.

Exceptional experience.

Phoned iheat discussed my requirements booked in following week, turned up on time, removed old boiler, fitted new one cleaned up job done . Phone book installed. Very polite ,professional no hassle. Thank you very much good job
