Excellent service had boiler installed within two days as mine packed up they turned up first thing Friday morning and all done by end of the day. Would definitely recommend this company 👍

Highly recommend …

We had a new boiler fitted last week and the service was excellent. iHeat kept us fully updated in advance of the boiler being fitted. The engineer who fitted the boiler was excellent. He was extremely pleasant and his workmanship was very neat and tidy and not a bit of mess left. He had to lift up the landing carpet to do some additional unexpected pipe fitting but you would never have known that had happened. Would highly recommend iHeat.

Really impressed by this company

Really impressed by this company. 5 out of 5 is easily deserved. I purchased a Worcester Bosch Ri 15kW boiler. I have waited a fortnight after installation to allow me to review after using the new boiler for a couple of weeks. First thing to say is I started out not planning to go with iHeat. They were best on price but another company edged things on experience and their immediate sales contact. Things swayed to iHeat when the first company went silent upon mention of price match. iHeat's YouTube videos show they really know their stuff and that they are warm people. A rule of thumb for me is to gravitate to professionals who can explain things in easy to grasp language. iHeat's system to upload pictures is well thought out. I even used it to work out what my first choice supplier needed before I stopped dealing with them. iHeat's customer care team are excellent, they really make one feel that they matter and that the company wants them to have a positive experience. I know a multi-billion pound company in the same industry who could learn a lot from the iHeat team. The engineers arrived on time in the mid morning and with minimal fuss installed a new boiler by lunch time. Their focus was on the job and their communication was pleasant and spot on. They explained the things that I asked about in a manner that showed they were enthusiastic and really experienced at making sure that customers understand things. The new boiler integrated with my existing controls so there was nothing new to learn. It felt like an actual gain to learn that a magnetic filter came as part of the price. Two weeks on, I still marvel at the efficiency of the new heating system and only needing to heat water for half an hour in the morning for a shower and reasonably hot tap water all day. I think the engineers tuned and flushed the system as part of the installation. Paperwork was given to me on the day and a guarantee registration and building certificate followed afterwards. There was even a post installation follow up call from customer services to see how things had gone. There are little things that iHeat do that make one smile, particularly when it comes to their automated communication. Any minor A.I. quirks can be ignored. All in all I get the sense that the company really care. I keep coming back to this because there are significantly larger companies that we have to use that are not in iHeat's class when it comes to customer care, customer experience, product installation and price combined. I have no reservations in recommending iHeat and believe that if they keep their current culture and professional approach it won't be long before they are the market leaders. Basically in these difficult times society needs companies staffed by professionals like those at iHeat.

The whole company is well worth it!!!

The operator was kind and helpful, once I decided what product I was going to purchase the financial department contacted me via email and they approved my loan with moments. The engineers turned up the next morning, they were friendly and polite, they even cleaned the whole mess with a hoover and then they explained me the whole system; they gave me the manual (book). I went for Wrocester Bush 2000 30 Kwatts and it worked perfectly well, solent and reliable. This replaced my old boiler. Overall 10/10. Many thanks!

Our alpha boiler was installed by iheat…

Our alpha boiler was installed by iheat 7 weeks ago, prior we got plenty of quotes and it seemed a no brainer to go with iheat, we are so glad we did can only say from just being able to phone and speak to a human being who were professional and so helpful, seamless is a good word for our experience from enquiry to installation also was nice to receive a call after installation to make sure we were happy 😊
