Super Professional and Friendly

Had a boiler conversion booked in quickly with only having to send a few photos of our current system. Unfortunately the engineer that was booked had a family emergency but iHeat booked us another engineer to come out next day. Sergei from Chippenham drove 2 hours to pick up our boiler and stayed the whole day to get the job done. Clean installation despite some difficulties, removed all of the old equipment, cleaned up, and took up the old ruined carpet from the previous leak to ensure the floor dried out. A couple of weeks on, everything is still working perfectly and we couldn't be happier.

Absolutely fantastic business

Very easy process from start to finish. Website is user friendly and chat was instant. My boiler was ordered and fitted in less than 48 hours. It was reasonably priced with plenty of payment options. Customer service from Jade was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout! The engineer Daniel was also just as professional. Clean, respectful and I felt safe to have him in the house! He did a fantastic job fitting the boiler and showing me how to use the thermostat, top up the pressure and information on general maintenance. I really can’t fault this company. It is clearly very well managed!!!!!! Definitely 5⭐️

Appalling work

Had a boiler fitted with them just over a year ago and now the boiler is starting to fall apart. Would not recommend them die to the botched job their plumbers do. Stay well away and use someone local that's had good reviews

Really Really bad experience

Fist time to write a review. Because it make me so mad. what a nightmare! I ordered a combi boiler, getting rid of the old one, and scheduled the install for November 14th. The guy came, put it in, but saw a pipe issue and told my builder to handle it. I had to pick up my kid, so I left him the key. On November 21st, 2024, I checked the boiler and it was dead, a gas leak! We fixed the leak (December 6th, 2024), but it still wouldn't work. The radiators were out, so I waited to test it. Once they were back in, still nothing. We tried contacting the installer, but no luck. I tried contacting the engineer through iHeat, and he got back to me quickly. He just took off the gas cap and left the boiler issue. I contacted iHeat again, and they sent someone else who found something stuck in the water pipe (Jan 27, 2025). He sent the report to iHeat, and they replied Wednesday saying they knew about the problem and would contact the engineer. I finally heard back from them today – because of renovations, they won't fix the boiler since they can't confirm it's their installation fault. Update: 5 Feb sent someone come to fix it, everything works fine

Really positive experience with iHeat with great customer service, ( thanks Holly ) quick to respond to emails etc early days but very happy so far.
