I ordered my flooring on Monday and it was delivered to me on Thursday of the same week. Very pleased with the service I received. Haven’t actually laid it yet but I’m sure it will be fine as there was no damage to the packaging.

Good website easy to order on line vast choice of tiles.....looked in a lot of tile shops & on line....only 1 had the tile colour & size I was after & (plain gloss pale grey) they didn't have enough as they were being discontinued) so glad I came across The tile Kingdom.....fast & efficient delivery driver was friendly & polite fully recommend this company

I needed 160 meters of tiles delivered within a few days. I placed an enquire on Tilekingdom web site and with in minutes was contacted by Liam. The service from Liam was first class. He sent photos of tiles in stock and arranged samples to be delivered the next day.Once the order was placed he arranged for them to be delivered the next day. There was a problem with the delivery company as they could not get the vehicle down our small lane and I was informed the delivery would be delayed by a day. Liam was able to arrange a split delivery at no extra cost to me so I had 1 pallet when promised and the final amount the next day. The product was as we expected. Liam responded to calls and emails at all times of day and very quickly. His service was well above that I expected.
