I was so pleased to find Tile Kingdom. I found them to be very efficient, very honest and wonderful products. It is a family run business that really care! They took a personal interest in me which as far as i can see is a rare occurance these days. I have already started to recommend them.

There were two issues, one with stock and one with delivery. Liam rang me to discuss and resolve the stock issue. Then there was an issue with delivery and even though this was out of Tile Kingdoms hands Liam continued to follow up on this with the courier numerous times and rang me frequently to update me, even calling to check they had been delivered. All in all the customer service was excellent and I cannot fault them in any way. The tiles themselves are superb quality and very weighty. I am looking forward to them being fitted this coming week. So pleased with Tile Kingdom we will definitely use them again when we get to the second phase of our renovation and require kitchen tiles.
