I never received my Order (over 300$)…

I never received my Order (over 300$) that i placed in december 2020. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Update: on 08/06/2021 i got a message that my order was lost and would be shipped soon. That was again nearly 3 months ago… no Information what „soon“ is and again no answer at all if you try to get Information over their Chat. Now it‘s been 10 months in total.

I've been struggling with my old orders for more than 2 years. Today I received some real help from one member of your team who was really helpful and kind and that made everything possible to solve an old problem in 5 minutes. You need more people like him/her.

Poor Quality Products - No Customer Service

I’d like to provide a factual update further to a false reply from this Company: Fact 1 - The cotton used in the t-shirts is poor and inferior. If you don’t believe me order them and you’ll see. Fact 2 - I complained about an $18.35 delivery cost where UPS was declared as the provider and it was expected in 2-3 days. They used USPS at a cost of no more than $5.50 for a 10oz package and it took 6 days. Fact 3 - They don’t reply to emails, they took 24 hours to respond to ‘live’ chat and fail to accept accurate constructive criticism and feedback. If you don’t believe me read the other reviews. Fact 4 - They gave me a $20 voucher that I won’t be using as they don’t deserve any custom. My advice, shop with a company that cares about their customers and provides quality material products. Rebranding to ‘Hate The Pain’ would be more appropriate for this Company. Original feedback copied below: Ordered 2 t-shirts, good design, but cotton quality is extremely poor and see through when held up. $18.35 delivery for 2 t-shirts at 10oz is shocking when using USPS. Customer Service wouldn’t accept any constructive feedback and failed to respond to emails. My advice - shop elsewhere with companies that genuinely care.

Scammed, robbed, insulted, STAY AWAY

I ordered a kit for an upcoming championship race and reached out for help with status. Little did I realize I was being scammed. Too bad I’m so trusting. They took advantage, sent fake tracking numbers and a fake refund email. The best was my chat convo where the person said “so what” when I said it handn’t been shipped then called me a “nut job”. I have all of the screenshots for posterity. $172 lost because of this awful company and it’s employees who are as mean as snakes. For the love of all that is holy, do NOT, EVER, order anything from this company!

Scammers alert!! Sent me bogus tracking to someone else address ! Won’t answer emails and started claim with PayPal! These companies need to be shut down!! You won’t get anywhere with contacts with them! scam!!

SCAM ALERT!!

SCAM ALERT!!! Absolute horrible customer service, this company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They took over a month to even ship an order and then they purposely sent the wrong size and do not accept returns or exchanges from how it appears!

It's been a year and I haven't received…

It's been a year and I haven't received my full order. Despite numerous attempts. Product I did receive is great but they never sent the rest. Would strongly not recommend. Worst service I've ever received from a retail establishment.

Love the Pain

Love the Pain - or love the pain after lost money. Scammers and thieves, tricksters with a beautiful and unique product. I placed the order in October 2020 and now is July 2021 and I still haven’t received my order. No customer service. Beware from afar - update after Love the Pain reply - My position remains unchanged. A few of my chat inquiries and they replied once that the order is being processed but there are delays due to covid. For several months and several attempts - the last one in July 2021 - they have not responded at all. If I will receive my order, I will take a photo and change my opinion. For now, scammers and tricksters. Customer support does not exist.
