Good, but not good enough.

It is unfortunate that the great designs are overshadowed by the fact that it takes a ridiculous amount of time for the customer to receive. I've made 2 orders with LTP. I had to chase up both. The first order took 6 months to receive, I had zero updates throughout this period, and got different excuses every time I contacted the company. Then my $300USD tri suit arrived in the completely wrong colour. So, I received some credit and placed another order. ONLY THIS ORDER TOOK 9 MONTHS TO ARRIVE! Beyond acceptable! Over a 2 year period I have spend almost $1000AUD. I like your gear, but not enough to continue spending my money on your products, and nor do I recommend to anyone whom asks. Definitely a shame.

Con Artists!

I wish I could give a minus 1 star. This company is a scam! I ordered on April 5, 2021 and have yet to receive my order. Today is July 6, 2021. They have taken down the chat feature and any way to contact them on their website. They continue to use the excuse of Covid and that being the reason for long wait time on orders, but they continue to take orders. They have hundreds of complaints on the Better Business Bureau's site and nothing is being done about it. If I had the money to sue them I would! They are lying and stealing from people. Update: I have just been informed on July 28, 2021 that Love the Pain has flagged my review claiming it to be harmful or illegal. Is that so?? What have I said that's illegal!!!? You took my money, and didn't give me the product that I paid for!? Seems like the only ones doing something illegal is you! And you are darn tooting that my review is harmful to your brand because you are promising a product that you are not delivering on! You have done this to hundreds of people, not just me. (ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH) Everyone around the world can't have the same or similar complaints without there being some truth behind it. As it sits today I am out of about $300+ and got absolutely nothing. I haven't received a refund, despite emailing you several times to ask for one. You have literally ignored me. Instead of spending your time doing damage control with trying to control the customer's voice by flagging reviews, how about you do what's right for your customers and then you wouldn't have to worry about bad reviews.

Awful

Awful! Placed an order for 3 visors on May 19, 2021. Started sending an email a week after 4 weeks asking where my order was. No response. As of today, July 1, 2021 I am trying a live chat, and have been waiting for 20 minutes for the "live chat" person to reply after they said they would check on my order. What amazes me, is that a local multisport company has their items in stock. I am going to do what I can to get my money back. This is ridiculous. 7/27/21 UPDATE: After 9 weeks I received ONE visor. My order was for 3. I emailed Love the Pain and let them know I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I even offered to return the one visor. NO RESPONSE to me, but they will respond on this platform and say my order was fulfilled? Ha. Avoid this company.

This company is an absolute scam selling products they cannot supply. 6 months and counting with no sign of the products I purchased or correspondence advising ETA other than one email 4 months ago with generic COVID excuses. Yet they have plenty of time to promote sales and new designs

Clothes are great, no problem with size and it’s very stylish. But! Awful client service and delivery. I was waiting my order a year!

Love their live chat customer service

I stumbled across Love The Pain online and liked the look of their designs and that the items are manufactured in the USA. I was having trouble deciding on the size so I utilized their live chat function and had a great experience. Their site has notifications that items are made to order and they are still experiencing delays due to Covid. It has been six weeks since I placed my order. I went back to the live chat and was quickly provided an status update on my order. While waiting is hard when you get used to two day delivery, so far I've been really impressed with the customer service, specifically through the live chat. I'll give another review once I receive my items.

No product delivered, money not refunded, client care doesn't reply.

Ordered bib shorts and an undershirt in February. my credit card was charged, no product was delivered and no one will return my emails. LTP, if you look at your reviews, HELP! Order number LTP13040.
