Never received my order! Love the Pain sucks!!!

SCAM!!!! I ordered two base layers on January 4th, 2023. I still have not received my order as of May 11, 2023. I've followed up numerous times with no reponse. The one time I've gotten a non-bot response, I was told (like many others)..."oh looks like it was lost in the mail", followed by a promise to resend within the week. Still nothing! Complete Thieves...DO NOT BUY!

SCAM! Avoid ordering from Love The Pain. I am waiting for my order which was paid 2nd April 2021 till May2023! More than 2 years full of fake info from LTP. They are ignoring emails, online chat. Only way to get response is post on instagram story with tagging them. After few times you will get blocked by them. Without getting refund or your paid items. Please be awere of giving your money to this SCAMMER you all cycling / running / triathlon / ironman community <3

At 3 Jan 2023 I've made two orders at LOVETHEPAIN My order numbers are following #LTP15978 and #LTP15979 paid by Amazon pay Since that time I've tried many times to get update on my order and even refund. The shop didn't meet their promises for last 2 month they shifting orders for shipment every week, denied to make refund and now they are totally ignore my messages. I seems that I've never get my orders or refund so I've reported Fraud to Federal Trade Commission with all details about my case and report a Scam on Instagram on their official page. If you faced similar situation please do the same. Let's try to block their Instagram and their SCAM BUSINESS. Let's help US Governance to review their business and let's have a look if they really love the pain?

Absolute scam!! There should be a "zero star" option. 1 star implies they might have provided some sort of service. Quite sad that "Ben" wants to scam people out of money. Karma baby..........

I've placed 2 orders with Love the Pain since the middle of 2022, but I am yet to receive anything. I've emailed 'Josh' multiple times, and getting no responses. I'm now having to raise it with my Credit Card company to dispute the transactions and get my money back.

After getting back on my order I received offensive messages via WhatsApp from the Owner. So sad to see this...

unfortunately the ordered goods were not delivered. At first you were put off but then no longer answered. do not order under any circumstances

Seems like I have had the same experience like everybody else. They took my money but didn't ship the item and won't reply to my emails. Should have read the reviews here before I ordered. Just a total scam business. I'm not from USA, but is there any way to report this company? It can't be legal to do what they have done?

The product first attracted me because it is made in the USA. I saw so many tri kits I liked but there was a specific one in the outlet that had my eye. I usually wear a medium but it was only available in small. I sent a message inquiring about the right fit for my size and I received an immediate response. The individual was extremely helpful and ultimately was the reason I decided to make the purchase. The item arrived in less than a week and the quality is superb. I can’t wait to wear it. I will certainly shop at “Love the Pain” again. Thank you!
