Camilia est incroyable. Rapide tout en prenant le temps quand on en a besoin. Très bonne formatrice et connait parfaitement le site et ses spécificités. Un peu déçue qu'elle ne soit pas ensuite ma référente pour le suivi et l'accompagnement dans mon activité. On aimerait que ce onbording débouche sur un suivi continu avec cette même personne qui nous connait, connait notre site, nos hébergements et avec qui on a amélioré l'attractivité de notre activité. Giulia was incredibly knowledgeable, providing clear explanations and valuable tips that made the setup process much easier.

My experience went well. I did however, feel rushed. This is my first property and first time trying to figure out the program which has so much to offer. I was able to find my answers in the Knowledge base.
