The process was clean and painless. Just had a small problem getting in touch, at the time, the verify information.

Ordered a bunch of lithium iron batteries, they were delivered in 2 days. Very chuffed

The inverter fan is very loud and never stops running even when the battery is fully charged. The only time it’s quiet is when there is loadshedding. Seller stopped replying to my questions about how to correct the settings (if it’s even possible) and manufacturer does not reply to emails. All in all, terrible after sale service

The battery I purchased is a 4.5kwh Fivestar lithium battery but max output is only 2.88kw. This does not meet my requirements however there was no reference to this on the specifications shared in the online store. I now cannot return the battery as it is used which is really frustrating because the specs should clearly call this out. Disappointing from Macsell.
