The entire order process was done online with additional discussions via w/app. The was only two slight issues that resulted in a 4 rating as opposed to a 5 star rating: the delivery was a couple of days later than anticipated- the courier stated that delivery would have been more timely but one of the packages was not received by them (?). The second issue was the relevant BMS compatibility settings for the Growatt Inverter to the SVolt Li battery. We were referred to a technician only after a couple of requests. All in all a very good experience.
