I like the fact that they reply quickly to messages. However, I do not like the way my order is being processed, as it seems to be taking long to be shipped.

Random search lead to this site, so far coordinating with the representative was good, yet to receive the product, still cannot give a comment on the product, I need to check the phone and give the review, very helpful and kind.

Guys don't use these people, they don't deliver in the agreed time , and incase of any problems with their products they don't exchange for a new one instead look for mistakes and force take the one which is not working, l paid for iphone 11 pro max over 1200aed but it blacks out the screen and refused to change the change but keep repairing each time l go there . Please don't deal with these guys u will never be happy after making a payment

Here is my rewiew. Ordered iphone se, price was 404aed. Same day delivery 50 aed. The price i paid: 550 aed. Because they do not accept card payment and telling it only when courier gives you a phone you ordered and asks: "so, no cash, I'll go back then?". I'm a foreign tourist and the fee in atm for cash was 100 aed. Next part, the phone. Everything was in chinese characters so if you order from them, please expect trying to set up the language for 2 hours. They claimed the battery will be above 90. The battery health on the package was crossed with black ink. It was discharging 3% per 2 minutes, and the speed was super slow. Even my cheapest redmi in a very bad condition works faster. They totally do not care about their customers, urgent delivery was for 5 hours and delivery guy look like he is on drugs and behave rude. The product they are selling i just described below. To add, i wasn't able to return it because they offered to refund two days after only, and my fly was tomorrow. No solution they offered,ofcourse!
