The device was owned by someone else and being used! Some applications like games needs an updated but it doesn't cuz u jave to sign in in i tunes and apps store and has already an accnt existing! I tried to create my own en new accnt but i can't!! My request is declined! I would like to return it to the company en change so that my money is worth it or else send my money back!! Its useles!!!
