i purchase ipad pro 11” but after 6days i paid they havent shipped my order.. if you ask them they just tell you wait.. this is so dissapointing.. dont trust them guys and dont ever try to buy expensive item here.

I have purchased a refurbished iPhone X from fonezone. 5 months after that I had a problem with apple pay, screen freezing, and face id. I contacted them and sent them an email reporting the problem but they never reply. I tested the phone with an authorized apple service provider, the report was shocking. the screen and the battery are low-quality Chinese parts. when I contacted them asking if they use all apple parts and they confirmed that 100%. when I sent them the report, they didn't reply Now I can't fix the problem and the mobile is useless. be careful they are scamming people. they put a sticker on the phone to guarantee you will not open it during the warranty period, when you report a problem they ignore it.
