Ordered through Not on the High Street. No email to say Item/ order has been accepted by the company yet money taken. Item now double in price on website. Phone lines are down so can not contact that way and 48 hrs minimum for response to email.

I ordered a personalised cheeseboard and a set of chutneys. The board arrived and is just what I wanted but unfortunately the chutneys didn't. I contacted customer services and the lady that I dealt with, Kayleigh, has been amazing!! She has apologised (which she didn't need to) but has got it sorted and the chutneys dispatched within a week. Proper, good old fashioned customer service. Great company, amazing staff!!
