Ordered three memory boxes for my boys which are know all grown up, filled them with photos etc Really well made and the engraving and service was first class Thought first of all it would be tacky, but far from it

I am writing to change my previous rating as my order has been received now and the customer service (Gemma) was very helpful in trying to help me trace the lost package. However, glad that it finally arrived.

Item arrived late and wrong. They weren’t answering phones, the only communication was by email. It took 5 days for them to reply. I had to go out and buy another gift instead. At least they have promised to refund what I paid. They need to employ more admin staff.

I ordered the personalised Harry Potter wooden key ring and honestly was so impressed with the quality when it arrived! Ordered it for my dad for Xmas who loves Harry Potter and I know he’ll love it. The delivery time was fairly quick too.

Order coaster as Christmas gift. Wrong colour received. Emailed to explain error and another was sent. Delivery wasn't quick. The 2nd item received is the correct colour but poor workmanship. The coloured edge only goes half of the way around the edge. I wouldn't have bought it off a shelf in a shop if it was this poor quality. It looks unfinished. Photos sent to company explaining problem a week ago. No reply at all and phone line not available. Very disappointed that after 2 attempts, product still not correct.

The design is good. The wooden piece is very small, compared to shown in the picture. Need to provide the dimensions of the key chain.
