My initial quote was wrong, having 2 chalets on where I requested for one. The response and rectification on my reply to the fault was swift. The price I had to pay was R500.00 more than advertised. Got not response when I queried it.

Been writing and having questions since I confirmed the quote yesterday but no feedback forthcoming. I chose to proceed with the booking in good faith in the interim as I am also appreciative of the fact that it is high season and options are limited.

Great experience from SA-Venue if they can get the venues to maybe update their fotos once a year would be great. We booked before we’re the pictures are very old. Some place we booked pool was covered up 10 years ago but still shows on website. With regular updates pictures the site would be 120%
