Good morning Their service is very good they respond so quickly nd I ask them to pay month end for deposit for my booking and they did allow me and it was my first time booing Via SA-Venues. I've been using Travel Ground and Safari.

I was disappointing to only receive the email that states discount for my booking after I already paid the full amount. I would have waited if it was not stated that we must make a full payment asap for confirmation. At least the difference in discount could have been paid back to us. Why not showing the discount in the first place on the quotation???

The room was spacious and had a big shower. There were grits in the bed and beard hairs on the coffee station. The coffee cups were dirty. We were woken up early by staff who were noisy in the kitchen next door. Comfortable room with lovely view from the couch on the stoep.
