Upon requesting a quote for accommodation in the Drakensberg for April 2023, I received a prompt response to inform me of the establishments availability, the confirmation and payment process was simple, however 3 hours later I received another mail offering me 5% discount for being a first time user of SA-Venues, I had already paid the deposit. I sent SA-Venues an email explaining the situation, they adjusted the outstanding balance to reflect the 5% discount. Well Done SA-Venues, this is what I call Excellent Customer Service, Thank You Michelle for your prompt response.

Upon making a booking for December holiday, I got confirmation that the unit was booked but at the incorrect price due to owner / system issue. However, Tania from support assisted me throughout the process and the issue was resolved, to great satisfaction.

To charge a cancellation fee within less than 24hrs of placing a reservation for 4 months into the future is really dispicable. It reminds me to go back to sites like bookings.com that never do this. Good luck but cheers!
