Cons: I didn’t get as much money as I was initially offered, and they were on vacation the week I sent my phone in, so it took about a week for the complete transaction. Pros: they sent me a box and shipping label the day after I “purchased” from them, and they emailed me back within 24 hrs when I had questions. They also sent the money 1 hour after I got the final offer by email. Very trustworthy and efficient way to sell products I couldn’t sell online.
