I didn't see a written statement about recieving a packaging to send back. So I sent the phone in a package that I personally purchased, which before I received your packaging. What should I do with the packaging that did arrive.

Process was painless and simple. Took about 10 working days to receive check in the mail after I sent phone and they received, about 2 weeks time total. I would have given 5 stars if offer was just a bit higher.

Thought I was getting more for my phone. I picked my phone on their website, shipped it & expected $55. Only to get an email saying it was that type but a lesser model & offered me $20 less. Wish that would have been told to me on their website. Kind of disappointing. But that seems to be the kind of practice's that these websites do.
