First of all, robert is the best ar service so thank you robert! Delivery arrives within a few days , all the parts match, all original stuff. (I ordered mercedes parts several times and all arrived just as I wrote.) The price is also just fine!!

I ordered parts for my car from these company because they had the items in stock and promised a fast delivery time if you paid extra for the shipment which I did. Sadly the parts never arrived on time or as promised. I then had to chase them and wait 1 month to receive my parts. I then requested a refund for my shipment but instead I received a portion of the shipment and they kept the rest. When making the order it all looked like everything was paid for upfront, then to my surprise I also got £70 import tax to pay. All in all a very annoying and frustrating experience. Won’t be using them anytime soon if I can help it.

Delivery time not good. I paid 28 € to be delivered in 7 days and and is been more then 10 days and nothing. Now it suppose to be deliver on 9.05

Located the part I was looking for online at FIXPARTS. (This is no longer available in the UK). The price was very good and the service was even better. The part arrived ahead of schedule by 2 days!. I will use FIXPARTS again if necessary. Many thanks
