Would use again!

Product is exactly as described, very happy. I dropped a star only because two weeks had passed since I placed order and the item hadn't shipped. I emailed customer service and the next day I had a shipping notification. Shipping was expensive, but very fast. Overall I am happy and will buy from fixparts-online again.

Заказ получил спустя 15 дней. После заказа и оплаты заказа в статусе заказа не было отметки что товар оплачен и в течение 11 дней не было никакой информации и ответов на письма продавцу, это очень напрягало. Только когда посылка была отправлена я получил получил уведомление от транспортной компании, что посылка придет через 3 дня. Посылку получил целую и хорошо упокованую. Спасибо продавцу.

Easy, but improvement areas are needed

The ordering process was easy and my 2 parts had to be special ordered so I understand that I would have to wait. My recommendations for improvement would be to send a follow up email to let customers know the progress of their order as well as the ability to see the lead time for parts before ordering.

Bonjour très mécontente, pièce commandée en mai, soi disant livrée en avril....toujours rien reçu ! Après 6 mails envoyés toujours aucune réponse de la part du marchand !! Pièce qui j'ai quand même payé 206 euros !!!! Et aucun retour de votre part, c'est une honte. Vous dites que vous êtes connu pour votre sérieux et votre retour client mais il doit y avoir de nombreuses failles dans votre système !! Merci de vous bouger pour répondre et vous occupez de ce problème !!! Mail envoyé ce jour juste avant ce commentaire donc pas d'excuse de réception....merci !!

I just don't get these guys

I just don't get these guys, I got wrong parts one on each of two orders and I have sent them numerous emails but they keep coming back and asking me for information that they already have, what is wrong with these folk!!! I have sent them photos on three different occasions but they still can't read the part number which is very clear
