When I opened the vape package it had leaked inside the wraper. I got brown oil on my hands and clothes. Sent E mail and tried to call sveral times, NO RESPONSE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The vape carts I got were broken

The vape carts I got were broken so I never even got to try them. They were on sale and once I got them I could tell they were old and the actual cartridge was leaking so bad that I almost broke my vape. I got an email about my “recent” purchase, a year later. I had to call to get a refund and I didn’t buy anything else after that.

Broken Product and shitty customer service

I received a broken product. The product was covered in liquid. I sent an email (with photos) to the customer service asking for a replacement or refund and got no response.

Poor Quality

I was very excited to receive my order however upon opening the products, almost everything was damaged. Very low quality packaging. The vape was leaking all over and upon trying to remove the cap, the entire top of the vape popped off. When trying to open the oil, the cap and the vial broke. I was able to put both of these back together but very disappointing for the price point and I don’t feel comfortable traveling with these items.
