Premium Luna Park tried to scam me. Kept sending only 1 or 2 out of multiple items I ordered at a time. Had to chargeback the rest of my order. Stay away.

My order didn't get ship in a year! I have to send multiple emails every week to rush for the shipment, but they still holding 2/3 of my orders...unbelievable...

Une calamité.

Une calamité. Sur 5 commandes rapprochées, aucune n'est satisfaisante : articles endommagés, rupture de stock, 3 mois d'attente, déclarations douanes fantaisistes générant des taxes considérables, exigence d'un nouvel achat pour indemnisation, grossièretés du personnel, mélange des commandes, 3 mois de cauchemars... Ils m'ont tout fait ! Résolument ma pire expérience.

You‘ll find a better store

Would not recommend buying there. Ordered a product that was already sold out years ago but I found it at their website. So I was happy about that and ordered. Nothing happend for a week so I asked and the response was: „we are trying to locate the stock, we had a few units all sold out, we will get back to you shortly about this.“ How are they not able to know where or if they have the product und list it as „available“. Another week past and they said they surprisingly have it. The refund after that also was a week after that. I still don't understand how you can claim that you have the goods and have to look for them first in the probably several warehouses. During this time, the price was also raised again and the status remained "available" even though they had no idea where the product was. In addition, the company is not able to formulate an english business letter and pay attention to the simplest grammatical rules. Don't shop there. Period from the 8th of January to the 9th of February where I received the refund.
