To be able to wonder around without being pestered but when we needed help in ordering a very helpful sales assistant.

The sales person was attentive without being over bearing. He was most helpful in answering all our queries.

Personal customer shopping . Someone to talk to who could answer our questions yet guide us into a wider way of thinking enabling us to make a choice way beyond what we thought was possible. To be given time and presence is a gift especially when it is wrapped in experience. Delivery was on time and the thought given to where our purchase should go was much appreciated when I had forgotten all about it 😲.

Simon and Scott called half hour before arrival. Arrived exactly as they said. They were both courteous, friendly and gave great advice on the furniture. They put the required parts together super efficiently without any bother and were super helpful moving the heavy bits to where wanted. Nicest delivery team we've had in a very long time!. We were effectively 'conned' into visiting the shop because the sofa we wanted in the leather we wanted was pictured for £1400 in a 'flyer'. When talking to the salesman we were told that that price wasn't for the sofa illustrated but for the same model with cloth upholstery. The sofa in leather was a thousand pounds more. I considered that to be misrepresentation.

Very pleased with our new dining chairs and the delivery guys were terrific. I would definitely recommend John Doe for quality and professionalism.
