We travelled from Norwich to visit this store and boy was it worth it ! It has more choice than any other furniture store we’ve been to and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable just amazing service plus a coffee shop of your dreams with comfy chairs fab food lovely relaxing atmosphere. From sofas to office furniture and everything in between they’ve got it in every style, colour modern,classic and just beautiful

Members of staff always engage with us on route around the store whether managers or assistants. Our recent contact has been purchasing via the furniture and carpet department and also the reception downstairs. They were all helpful. We also use Angela's for lunch or a snack and all the staff perform at the same high level.

The service that we received from Tina and Tom was second to none. We have bought a Fama Sofa and chair and the amount of choice in style, colours and fabric is excellent. Tina's knowledge and help in deciding what colours and fabrics was really appreciated.

After buying a new build noticed some of the flooring was a slightly different colour I didn’t need to worry as they agreed to replace it without any hassle. Kev & Jordan arrived and in the end had to lift all the flooring, re screed and lay new LVT can’t thank them enough they didn’t stop and managed to get it done in 2 days saving a lot of upheaval cheers boys

Excellent service from start to finish! We replaced our tiled hall, w.c. & kitchen floors with LVT flooring. Jason who did the fitting went over and above to make sure that we were happy and he was fitting the floor as we wanted. We really appreciated his attention to detail. Great delivery from Scott and Simon of John Doe Furniture, Diss. 2 large Sofas through our narrow door and hall around a couple of bends with no trouble. They handled the delivery, unpacking and setting up the two pieces in accomplished style.
