We have just received our new sofa from John Doe of Diss, and I must say that once again we have received excellent service. The delivery staff Simon and Leon were excellent and unpacked everything and assembled the furniture really well, removing all the packaging . And all with a cheerful and confident manner. The initial surveyor that came out was able to answer very thorough. The quote quickly came through and I was able to go and choose my flooring. Katie in the showroom was very helpful and efficient. The install was done very well, much better than had been done by a different installer in the past. The whole floor was glued down this time, it’s been in several weeks now and is perfect. The price compared to when it was last done was cheaper and more works were carried out aswell. I will certainly be using John Doe again.

Brilliant customer service, knowledgeable staff, including sales, surveying and fitting. The floorlayer, Jack, was particularly helpful, tidy, and did an excellent job.

Received excellent service today from Simon and Presley who came to deliver my electric bed. From putting it together and setting it up, to explaining all the different settings on the remote control that controls the bed.

Simon and Scott turned up on time, set up the furniture, took all the packaging away without any fuss and were gone in 15 minutes. No quibbles from me, thanks chaps.
