We ordered a Kaymed Mattress and the whole experience from the salesman to the excellent 2 drivers who delivered today, was first class. We just had a new lounge carpet and two sofas from John Doe in Diss. Both sets of guys were polite, helpful and got on with the job in hand. We highly recommend them for a professional, friendly and reliable service.

Amazing. I was stranded in the showroom during a flash rain and hailstorm. My car was a 20minute walk away. I asked if Doe’s had an umbrella service - and Stewart responded by immediately volunteering to drive me to the station. The torrential rain continued. I was so grateful(and dry!). Thank you Stewart. I’ll certainly be going back to John Doe’s. It’s this sort of service that makes all the difference.
