Very happy experience. Was met at the door by a welcoming saleslady. We told her what we were looking for, having previously researched on line and showed her the photos. She took us to the sort of furniture we were looking for, we made our choice and completed the purchase - then went and had a cup of coffee and a danish!

We were very impressed with the service we have received from all the staff at John Doe. From the moment we walked in to the free coffee while we made up our mind! No-one hassled us but were available and happy to answer our many questions! We’ve had bedroom furniture and blinds/curtains and will undoubtedly be going back for living room furniture too. Great to have so much in one store so we don’t have to traipse round lots of different places.
