Our first visit to this shop and we were very impressed with the friendly welcome and the helpful staff. We were given space to browse and all our questions were answered by the knowledgable staff. We went to look and stayed to buy!

Very efficient friendly service

The Fitter was very pleasant, completed the work very satisfactorily. Made sure I knew how to operate the blinds. Left everything clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the goods and excellent service.

We purchased carpet with John Doe of Diss. The whole experience was positive, staff in store were helpful providing advice which was friendly but not pushy. Room was measured and plenty of samples were left with us to make our decision in our own time. The fitters did a fantastic job their attention to detail was great. They worked cleanly keeping us informed during the fitting. As well as fitting the carpet they moved a large piece of furniture out of the room and back in when the carpet was down. We have other rooms in the house that will need new carpet and will be asking John Doe of Diss to quote as our experience was extremely positive
