I have used John Doe several times over the past 4 years. Their customer service is faultless from placing an order through to fitting and follow up. In my view they are good value for money for the quality of service and product they offer.

Excellent service as always

John Doe is wonderful, exactly how all companies should operate. Not only did we find a glorious orange sofa bed with the help of attentive and knowledgeable staff on the shop floor, and deliver and assemble it on time, with skill and courtesy, but they subsequently sent out Scott and Simon on two occasions to dismantle, move and reassemble the sofa when we were renovating - at no cost. We wish them all great success and encourage all shoppers to visit their showroom in Diss.

The quality of the carpet is as expected. The fitters were untidy at first but cleaned up after payment leaving only a small scuff mark.

Every one was helpful and friendly, carpet was laid expertly , furniture delivered and assembled and placed where we wanted with care , all waste taken away .

The customer service was great, with expertise from all the staff, they were kind, welcoming and able to respond to all our queries.
