Helpful staff, item delivered at time stated & with no problems. Very comfy furniture!

We can highly recommend John Doe. We recently bought a sofa bed and two armchairs. Every member of staff we met were welcoming and helpful without any pressure at all. We were given time and space to look around the lovely showroom and we can also highly recommend the cafe. Again excellent customer service. Tina was knowledgeable, really helpful and gave excellent advice where needed. We had been on a long search for our new sofa and had visited all the well known sofa companies. John Doe being a family run company made such a difference and the quality of staff and customer service were outstanding.
