We were looking for an adjustable bed because my wife has spinal injury and was advised by her physiotherapist to purchase such a bed . Stewart was very helpful. He demonstrated considerable professional knowledge of the products on offer; also he was very patient in explaining the various pros and cons of each bed & mattress. He gave us time to test out the various mattresses and we mutually agreed on choosing an Opra motion plus together with an enchanted house zeal mattress. We would like to highly commend Stewart’s salesmanship.He is a credit to your business. Thank you.

Sofas ordered. Great sale staff so on to Angela’s Coffee Lounge for snack. Coffee was so tasteful, hot chocolate was actually hot ,not lukewarm , chocolate croissant was delicious and the scones the best ever . All in all a very successful day.

Fabulous advice and brilliant service

Friendly welcome as we came in while we were looking at the sofas somebody asked if we needed help. We said we came in before and had spoken to Dave so he got Dave for us and the help we got from him was very good he gave us all the different options and information.

We had a very patient lady while choosing our new furniture. Helpful and not pushy. We then went to choose a carpet which we did in about 3mins. The salesman had not had time to approach us. Again helpful in doing the paperwork. Both sales persons were encouraging in taking samples upstairs to the curtain dept.

The lady who we bought the chairs of couldn’t of been more helpful she was brilliant
