Polite informative helpful and cheerful

The two guys who delivered and laid our large rug wasted no time in moving our heavy furniture to lay the rug in the position we asked for. We were grateful for this as we are both in our eighties and not as strong as we were! They were also careful about replacing the furniture in the exact position that we wanted.

We returned yet again to John Doe as they are always so helpful and give us a great service.
