In all the different departments of the store that we visited we found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they had time for the customer. They made you feel valued

Went for morning coffee and cake, lovely cafe, friendly and warm atmosphere. Think they should have their own Facebook page or similar for reviews and info though?

We needed to view and try different Stressless chairs and found virtually the full range on display. Having received good advice from Taylor Ruston we made our choice and placed an order.

We have just had a kardean floor fitted by John Does of Diss. After a hiccup to start with, the wrong size floor delivered, the staff and the fitters all went above and beyond to get the correct size floor delivered and fitted within the original time frame. We can only say that John Doe is a top rate company with fantastic staff who all work to achieve a very high standard.

Really helpful service from Taylor made the buying experience very easy. Taylor rang to say that there was a major delay in the supply of the fabric and we picked another fabric. We will definitely be buying from you again in the future.

I popped in to buy a rug for my lounge. After not being able to make a decision, David suggested that he bring the rug to my home. Unfortunately it did not look right, so he arranged to come back the following week with a selection which he picked out. I ended up buying 2 rugs! Thank you David, I wouldn't have picked these without your help!

Having recently moved house to Norfolk we have used John Doe to furnish our new home. After using most departments we have found they are the most reliable, professional and friendly furniture store we have dealt with. Deliveries were on time or sooner and all the delivery staff were also extremely professional. We are very happy with all our new furniture and also the excellent eggs benedict in the cafe.
