Excellent service

Great in shopping experience a excellent to visit for all home furnishes, huge store and good coffee! Delivery was excellent, on time and guys on the van were very polite, bedroom furniture and they took their shoes off on entering the house, not easy carrying furniture, but they did all the same. Will definitely visit again

Sales experience in the store was excellent. Delivery less so. Both recent purchases had delays on delivery.

John Doe have become our 'go-to' store for all our furniture/furnishing needs. The staff are extremely helpful and are happy to spend time with customers in order that everyone is happy with their purchase. We have been especially impressed with Tina, who spent time with us helping on buying some rugs, and Scott who has been instrumental with our purchase of blinds for our new home. We cannot praise you all enough for your patience and 'above and beyond' attitudes. Thank you! The cafe is a great added bonus too....amazing food!

Honest, good communication, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Assistant Tina helped me with any concerns we had and our choice of sofas are on order. I can say with confidence John Does service is excellent and they care about their customers. Lovely in house cafe too to promise hubby with a treat while you brows the shop lol
