Took delivery of my new sofa and armchairs today with some other items. The service received in the fantastic store was excellent and was matched by Simon and Scott who were friendly and efficient and dealt with the slight error in the bar stools efficiently and with empathy. A most satisfying experience all round.

We were looked after very well by the salesperson in the store, she went to great trouble to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. The sofa arrived on time. We received a courtesy call from the delivery team, Simon and Scott 20 mins prior to delivery. On arrival, the team were very friendly and efficient, they even put foam pads on the sofas feet! Overall, extremely happy with all the service received.
