Been trying to sell my business since April, not been having much luck after paying for the advert which is fine but when you contact them no one returns your calls, live chat or emails, do not use waste of money

Put an advert on Daltons business on…

Put an advert on Daltons business on 3rd of May - it’s not showing on any searches . I have rung 9 times since Monday and no answer, I have filled out the contact from and sent it 3 times and no answer. I have spoken to the chat online and they said they will get someone to ring me back and no ring back - what a dreadful company. I see everyone on here seem to have the same problem .

same problem i am facing. I’ve put an advert on and paid money it won’t let me put photos on I’ve contacted daltons 6 times and not one person has called me back I’ve been messaged the forum to speak to online chat they just say I will pass details on I’ve even offered to upgrade my package if this is the reason why I’m not being able to access the photos so far I’ve had no response even after 4 emails also Still waiting a week on regardless of the calls emails and phone messages left. worst experience ever😡😡😡😡🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

Issue resolved advert doing well

I had an issue with daltons in the beginning as there didn’t seem to be anyone to talk to to sort out my advert But eventually I’m now in touch with someone and hoping to get more success with my advert to the right audience. the person I did eventually get to speak to was very helpful and the issue was resolved .

Had no real responses.

Had no real responses. After I listed my business I've got some responses throughout the year, but they were absolutely the same. It's the same message saying ''Please contact me about this business'', but if you call the number provided, either no one answered, or someone answered but I clearly saw they weren't interested. No one ever actually called me or sent anything else, just the same ''please contact me'' messages. After some time I understood these were fake enquiries, probably some of the reviews here are fake as well. I've got much more responses after I put exactly the same add to Facebook Marketplace. That's my experience, Daltons was just a waste of time and money.

No support at all despite 2 polite inquiries

I wish to sell my business in the UK, because of all European countries the motorvehicle-related product can help there the most. In order to achieve the most of my ad I firstly sent a very polite inquiry for assistance to sales at daltonsbusiness.com in the very early morning of Dec. 23rd 2021. I never received an answer. After putting the issue aside for a couple of weeks and almost forgetting about the disappointment I decided to give it another try and registered with them. On March 2nd 2022 in the early morning I sent another very polite inquiry for assistance of roughly the same contents, this time through the support form of the Daltonsbusiness website. This time I even had crystal clear evidence that Daltonsbusiness is in receipt of my inquiry since I received an automated answer. Again my efforts were dignified with no answer at all. If a prospective paying customer, that desperately wishes to spend money to advertise on this platform, has to experience so much ignorance, how will then customers be treated, that have already committed to make the investment ? In my opinion an unwanted customer has at least deserved a clear rejection so he can coordinate his further steps towards a different way of selling his business. Pure ignorance in contrast is absolutely counterproductive and deserves only one reaction: Adequate publication in the corresponding platforms to prevent others from getting disappointed and spending their money.
