Remarkably helpful.

Lots of time wasters with no money, who think that they can buy a business using none of their own money. Daltons do zero vetting, so several enquiries came from people using made up names phishing for confidential information, who are reluctant to provide and proof of ID let alone funding. Only a couple of genuine enquiries out of a dozen or so. If that isn’t bad enough, Daltons then email you every 2 days wanting you to review their service ! This is really annoying, as the real judge of how good they are (or not) is actually in a month or so time when I will discover if their service has found me a buyer for my company ! Daltons are probably best-selling high street or corner shops, not much good for manufacturing or confidential sales.

Easy and straightforward to use and create a business for sale advert.

A little bit difficult to navigate and understand. Not sure of some things, would be useful to have more prompts and ideas. Not certain if the contact details are on the ad as just says new ad so will need to check…

Very easy to list my cottage for sale and had 4 enquiries in 48 hours

They advertise that they'll refund you £99 back after the point of sale. Subject to terms and conditions which is understandable. I sold my business in April and I am still emailing them on a daily basis for this refund. They accepted they should have paid it months ago but that they would sort it when they could get round to it. I still haven't received a penny. It was one of the reasons I chose this company to sell my business as I believed it to be a good incentive. They are not decent honest business people. They admitted to me via email they hadn't paid many other businesses. Take my advice and use a better company that doesn't rope you in with false advertising.
