Things go wrong from time to time with the best of products and how a company deals with these issues sets them apart. I had a problem with a newly purchased but malfunctioning mixer bar. House of Enki responded immediately to my product query and did their best to solve the problem by suggesting fixes and sending spare parts. When the problem persisted they asked me to return the product and sent me a new one (which works perfectly). The customer service was polite, professional, prompt, and effective.
