The house of NK sent what I had ordered very quickly. The product I had ordered was not to specification it leaked. They said they would send me another cassette to replace the leaking part and I asked for the complete unit because we did not know what was leaking. This arrived quickly also. The second piece of kit did not leak at the cartridge but the two flow valves on hot and cold in we are both solid, possibly from age. Once I had taken the flow valves out of the first piece supplied into the second piece supplied everything has worked well. So in summary their service has been incredibly good and the product of the supplied has been incredibly bad. But we got there in the end I guess.

The product was a great price and having received the item very quickly, it was of a very high quality. It was well packaged and easy to install. We have been having amazing showers in style for over a week now and have no complaints at all……. Highly recommended company and product…
