Out of stock…..

Made order, got email days later to say item was at least 3-4 week from delivery because it’s out of stock. Yet they still show in stock on website….…. Refund in progress but astonished they take customers money with no idea when they will or if they can deliver the product.

Item not actually in stock, and nothing to inform of that, so delivery (£10.95 for a small item) will be weeks.

DISGRACEFUL company

DISGRACEFUL company. How are they still in business with these hideous reviews? Ordered something, it came. It didnt fit, we did the return. Item was in perfect condition, simply opened packaging. 'Mr Anderson' on emails stated this wasn't acceptable and it had 'finger print marks' on the item. He stated they MUST have things in resell-able and immaculate condition. I am not sure just how immaculate you need things. Backwards and forwards on emails with Mr Anderson and his condesending and cocky attitude issue and they point blank refuse to refund whilst being incredibly rude. 2 months later I still don't have the item back, they have literally STOLE £50 from me. Wouldn't surprise me if the item has been re-sold and our money kept. Will be looking at taking this further and reporting them.

Great service

Great service, I appreciated the friendly staff when I phoned to ask questions and the delivery driver was very helpful and friendly too . The bath is just what I wanted. Am very pleased with the experience.

Advertising items not in stock

I have paid for the items as they were showing in stock only to receive an email stating that they are 3weeks back order . I cancelled the order ,and still waiting for a refund .
