There is a reason that up on writing this that the company is already at a 3.5 star. I have dealt with some difficult companies in the past, including Ryanair! But I think this one trumps the lot as the worst company I have dealt with. There is also a reason they don't show a Trustpilot score on their website. I'd like to provide you all the full context. I bought a bath from Bathroom Planet on the 14th December 2023 and had this bath delivered to me on the 3rd January 2024. I am having my bathroom completely renovated just after the Christmas period, meaning a complete rip out before the install. I will not touch the bath that was delivered to me vertically until my builder has started the work for the actual install after the rip out to avoid any form of damage. We then aim to install the bath finally on the 15th January 2024 (note this is 12 days after delivery) to notice that there is a big crack in the side of the bath tub. This bath for context costs roughly £800. I had rang up Bathroom Planet to explain the damage. To provide further context, the bath came pre-legged (the legs were already on) and with a dust-sheet covering the bath. When placing the bath on the floor in the bathroom it will of course therefore have the legs and dust sheet still on the bath. Bathroom Planet wanted to check this with Roca (bath manufacturer) to ensure our claims were not false. Upon realising our claims were not false, we are still being rejected a full refund or full exchange of the product. They have 2 claims and I will outline these below: > This could have been damaged in situ of the bath. My response to this: As the bath comes with pre-installed legs and dust sheet, regardless of any movement in a multi-storey residence, you would have seen this ground floor, 1st floor or 2nd floor. The bath has not been plumbed in at all and no holes have been drilled in to accommodate any taps etc. > We have a 48 hour policy in reporting any damages. We also have two sticky labels on the packaging. My response to this: This is completely against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and regardless of their policy, will not trump the law as outlined to me by Citizens Advice and other legal aids. In addition to this, there is a failure in their process with their delivery company they use as there is a lack of visual documentation shown to me of the actual image of the item. Furthermore to this, upon signature (which you would think is just confirming delivery) is actually confirming that the goods are in good state which is impossible to do just on delivery considering the whole bath was delivered in the rain and in black tight wrapping. Best thing about this is, although it was delivered to me on my drive with me there, I didn't sign anything and the signature on the 'goods received in good condition is forged' with 1 squiggly line. It is not explicitly mentioned anywhere clearly as a significant matter of concern in the buying process. It does exist in terms and conditions, I do not dispute that, but this is trumped in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 anyway. You could very easily say, 'you must also cut your arm off and send it in the post' in the terms and conditions, regardless of it being stated in any T&Cs, this clearly wouldn't stand. Also to note, in their returns section, they use the term 'request' that you look for damages in 48 hours and not 'require' which would enforce a mandate to do so. There has therefore been no resolution to this matter, just comments like 'I have been doing this for 30 years and Citizens Advice is a load of rubbish' assuringly said to my partner upon calling. We are now in the position to undergo legal proceedings in small claims court and bathroom-less and unable to keep hygienic as this is a showstopper for my bathroom development which is very frustrating and causes significant inconvenience. I'm intrigued to see the response to this review and very much welcome it, expecting the 48 hour requirement, that again, doesn't even matter, and the possibility that it was broke in situ, that you in turn can't prove even after contacting the manufacturer to see whether the bath came pre-fitted with legs and the dust sheet. In summary, avoid this company at all costs. No doubt some items will be delivered undamaged and I wish well to those of you where they have been, but just hope it is not damaged.

Saved our bathroom
During our bathroom remodel, we designed our vanity unit around a specific basin. However when the delivery arrived the basin was missing, and we were advised that it was end of line and no longer available. This left us in the lurch, as we had bought custom base units for this basin. I tried and failed to order it at another online retailer (who took my money and then failed to deliver) and when that fell through I phoned Bathroom Planet and asked them to see if they actually had stock in their warehouse (it was available on the website but many retailers just get the item delivered from the manufacturer, and it was out of stock there). The agent I spoke to was really kind and helpful, and phoned me back after he had checked that there was indeed a physical basin in stock, and helped me place the order and get it delivered in very short timescale. Totally saved the day. Thank you!

Tavistock Compass Vanity Unit with sink
I was badly let down by another company and contacted Bathroom Planet. They were able to supply the product I needed, I ordered on the Monday and received the product on the Wednesday as promised. Excellent service and a quality product. More than pleased and from my own experience can recommend this company.
Ordered 2 toilet seats online
Ordered 2 toilet seats online. Was a bit worried when I received 3 confirmation of orders, 2 from BP and one from Plumb4less. Investigation showed BP had been taken over last year. After no despatch notice, emailed and received immediate response. After further delay, rang and spoke to Connor who apologised, was able to tell me what would now happen and the goods arrived as promised. So, shaky start but excellent finish.
Good communication with Planet…
Good communication with Planet Bathrooms I needed to swap an item, wrong order from my side. The new unit arrived the same day I returned the old one. Great support.
